Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Netconnection Solution LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our website and our text messaging program.
Our services
We provide IT support, office administration, bookkeeping, payroll support and related business services to businesses and individuals. The scope, fees and duration of each engagement are set out in the service agreement signed with each client.
Text messaging program

| How you opt in | By providing your mobile phone number when signing our service agreement, on our contact form, or verbally to a staff member, and agreeing to receive account notifications. |
| Message frequency | Message frequency varies. Most clients receive no more than a few messages per month. |
| Cost | We do not charge for these messages, but Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan. |
| How to stop | Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to subscribe again. |
| How to get help | Reply HELP to any message, email support@netconnectionsolutions.net, or call (401) 592-5900. |
| Carriers | Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. |
Opting out of text messages does not cancel your service agreement and does not affect the services we provide to you. We will still contact you by email or phone when necessary.
Your privacy is important to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information.
- Keep your contact information up to date, including your mobile number.
- Review the documents we prepare and tell us promptly about any error.
- Pay invoices according to the terms of your service agreement.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in each service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless the agreement says otherwise. We may suspend services on accounts that remain unpaid past their due date.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and disclose it only as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided based on the information you give us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Fees earned for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
